Return Policy

Ag Wheels Made Easy also refers to our return policy. If you need to return or exchange an item, please call 1-641-450-7090. One of our representatives will walk you through the process and give you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. You may also complete an online RGA Request.  Some things to consider before you call or submit a request:

• Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
• Items returned must not have been mounted or put into service in any way.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, uninstalled and clean.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping charges cannot be refunded and will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Items returned to us as “refused delivery – return to sender” will have the return shipping deducted from the refund amount.
• Items returned after 30 days, may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
